Happy 90th Birthday - July 4

Since 1973 Mort has kept them laughing at his "Corn Humor."
In his early days, Mort spent some time with Granpa Jones and obviously picked up some of his humorous habits. Always a ham
with the media, the Miami Herald has collected quite a gallery of
Mort through the years. Even at his age, he always has a joke for you. Mort has dedicated half of his life to the preservation of this organization.

The South Florida Bluegrass Association encourages folks of all ages to pick up a musical instrument and learn how to play it. Few get to make it to the top,
but just playing with others promotes lifelong friendships, enjoyment, and fulfillment.
We especially encourage young people to get involved with music.
Music can be a lifetime positive influence.
